2. Initial scope of work

• Fuse your ideas with West Construction's years of experience
• Sketch a rough kitchen design to provide a pathway for the vision development
• West Construction will suggest material types, fixtures and color schemes
• Generate rough kitchen estimate for the above
• Gather feedback from you for kitchen design revisions

3. Finalize Designs

• Generate the final kitchen remodeling design
• Fine tune the scope of work for the kitchen renovation
• Finalize selections for fixtures, millwork, floor and wall coverings
• Establish the corresponding budget
• Present the work agreement

4. Make it official

• Review the final Scope of Work
• Clarify any questions regarding the work agreement
• Discuss potential time frame to start work
• Sign the paperwork and prepare for construction

5. Kitchen Construction begins

• Prepare kitchen for construction process
• Prepare staging area for waste vessel and construction materials
• Acquire building permits and order materials
• Schedule the Trades Partners for each work phase
• Frequent progress reports with you as owners

6. Reveal Results

• Create kitchen remodeling punchlist items during pre-closing walk-through
• Complete punchlist items
• Reveal the final outcome
• Enjoy your new kitchen remodel
